Help,
I've had problems with my passenger electric window with it leaning forwards, towards the windscreen side.
I took the plunge today and remove the door trim.
I've found the problem, there appears to be 4 x M10 AF bolts holding the wiper mechanism, the top right one has torn a piece of metal from above the bolt hole!
I put the missing screws, found them bottom of door cill, back in with difficulty and the window went up perfectly.
Problem is that there is thread damage to the mechanism inserts and I'm not confident that the winding mechanism would stay in place too long.
Has anyone had this problem and soted it?
Can you put longer bolts in with nuts on the back?
