5 speed wont hold that power, well not for long anyway.
740cc/800cc injectors
MD321, SC40/42, 20g, FP Green turbo
Decent FMIC
Decent induction kit
Mafless (not sure how good/bad the eculabs is)
3" decat system
Either standard ported, rcm, gt spec, harvey headers
Lower spec parts like a 2.5" exhaust, 550cc injectors + fuel pressure regulator etc will get it there but if you want to make 400+ comfortably you want to over engineer it.
As said, gearbox is the weak point and wont last, 6 speed box/diff is what most, including me, run reliably.

Have you already selected the 12mm oil pump? It's massive overkill. 12mm only really needed when running dual AVCS. I'd be tempted to swap for an 11mm as the 12mm will be on the pressure relief all the time.
