I purchased some 1300cc injectors a few month ago of a a certain garage and was assured that they would be good for a car running 450bhp. The time has come to drop my engine back were she belongs so spoke to my mapper to be told there is no way he can map with them in. I asked twice if they would be OK as I was on the look out for some 650cc or a max of 750 but was told it didn't matter as my mapper could just lower the cycle. What do you all think?

 

what reason did the mapper give?

 

Just that the cycle would be way too low and it would be trying to over fuel. He started talking all technical so it went straight in 1 ear n out of the other but basically said it won't work.
