Default Will changing Blob C frame require alignment?

Just want to check before I agree to buy a replacement for mine. Mine has seen better days. I can't remember if there's any geo related parts bolted to it that will put the alignment out if I swap it.

Mine has also see better days, so I was considering a lightweight replacement. Am I right in thinking an H brace replaces this? Or am I just showing my ignorance again?
