Default 14mm headbolt conversion

Does anyone know how much boost the 14mm headbolt conversion can take on an EJ20 SCDB with v5 sti heads safely ?

The bores will move before the headstuds will give way

Given it is a SCDB, 11mm ARP will probably do the job and you will save the hassle for machining for the 14mm
(If you already have it machined for the 14mm then ignore me )
