hi i wonder if someone could give me some advice? My bugeye wrx with standard td04 has actuator rattle, its sounds awful, ive tried giving it a turn/half turn but theres a bit of play still, ive done some research and people suggest putting a washer under the arm, however if i do this i dont have enough seating for the c-clip to go back on.

Any ideas?

As rule of thumb we usually adjust to half a hole then put the clip back on.
