Default WTF is it?

Soon as I tap the throttle slightly on my gc8 there is a slight ticking/clicking sound under the dash behinds the clocks, it does 4 clicks then it stops and does the same at any rev with exact same noise. Can't hear a thing in engine bay but clear inside.

What the **** isit???

Record it.. clicking might be the boost solenoid but that's in the engine bay...fuel pump relay clicks from behind the dash too....

Brand new boost solenoid on it. Could be that though. Any suggestions how to cure it or is it normal. Never noticed it before
