Default Misfire in heavy traffic

Hi all.
I am new to the site and Subaru ownership I recently purchased a 2002 Impreza WRX Prodrive Wagon.
Cold the engine is perfectly smooth but in heavy traffic (London) the car develops a misfire at idle / low revs. The engine warning light came on once and the fault was cylinder 4 misfire I reset and although have had a heavy traffic misfire since have not had the warning return. I have changed the MAS ( Air flow Sensor) and cleaned the cam position sensor as a previous car had a similar fault that was the cause of but has not stopped it this time.
Anyone had similar problems they have resolved or any ideas.
I also need the rocker gaskets replacing if anyone knows a good garage
Thanks in advance for your help
Lloyd

2k not bad for a prodrive wagon I thought needs tidying and rocker gaskets but generally seems a good car

It's got new plugs so unless one is faulty that shouldn't be it.

Gaped correctly?
also inspect the coil packs for any cracks.

Could be coil pack, I've replaced one on my 02 Scooby recently and it runs a lot better now. Used to misfire and hesitate quite a bit but changed coil pack, plugs and leads and it's fine.

Misfire at idle could be a sign of low compression in that cylinder.
