Hi I have a 03 wrx. have been offered a pro drive back box and centre section of a wr1 already have a 3inch through exhaust. what are peoples thoughts on sound .is it worth buying

 

The prodrive off the wr1 is 2.5" so if you are changing it then I think might have to change the down pipe from the turbo as well. Think yours has a cat there doesn't it and the prodrive doesn't so a good mod but prob need a remap to make it work better. If you just want the sound change then just fit back box.

 

Ah just realised you said you have a 3" pipe now! I have a RCM 3" pipe and sure the 2.5 prodrive has more of the 'burble' sound if that's what you are after.
