Hi everyone. My car seems to have developed an oi leak. It seems to me that its coming from these 2 hex headed bolts at the front of the sump

What are these exactly and how do i go about fixing the problem?

There's oil on the heatshield by the looks of it, so I don't think it's from those bolts.
