Default Fuel Starvation?

Hi all,

Twice now I've been coming off of a roundabout (enthusiastically), and my car has seemed to lose power on the way out.

Both times it has been in 3rd gear and the revs have dropped momentarily, before the car pulls well again.

Has anyone heard of this before? It never happens in a straight line, and I've only noticed it twice.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, ur right in that it's fuel starvation! And will probably only happen when ur below half a tank on fuel!! A problem most older impreza's suffer with due to fuel tank design.
Keep her topped is the easiest solution! Otherwise it's a swirl pot, or fuel cell to cure it.
Tim.

I got this with warbro fuel pumps. Switched to swrd one with the oem size filter sock and can boot it on empty out of corners with no fuel starvation.
