Hi all im new and looking for some knowledge from you all , as I have been looking at a 2007 2.5 WRX , I looked under the car and notice 4 solid brass blocks mounted on the front sub frame. is this standard or some kind of lowering ,raising mod , is it safe ?

I had a anti lift kit installed and this was installed with it
its just to give clearance i think as the ALK is a little bigger than the standards

Not 100% sure tho

It grants more caster basically, which means you gain more dynamic camber during turns which means you can run less static camber
