Was going to buy a Walbro fuel pump then noticed theres alot of other models that don't demand the same price, is there any reason i shouldn't purchase one of these?

Hi there

When you buying genuine Walbro then you are buying something like guarantee, they're been best for while and genuine Walbro cost more for reason,I've heard only of few genuine Walbro has failed, which I cannot say about the Walbro copies,we are run only once copy of the Walbro(this has been cheap eBay copy) which has failed after 2k miles

I would avoid them if you could

And about the good alternatives I would go route of the HRC,we are run those pumps on our wagon like 044 and like in-tank 340LPH and both has been faultless

Scoobyworx selling theirs, not sure,I've never run them on our car,but from reports seems is OK

RCM and Aeromotive and many others selling Walbro re-badge of their pumps and those pumps have good reputations, really depends on pumps, but as I said,if you see Walbro for £40 then you know its fake and will not last

If you are not or unsure please post the link and I'm sure people would be able help you

Hope this helps

Thanks,Jura
