Engine Misfire

Engine Misfire
think I've done something very silly! on cleaning the engine I used power washer . when the engine was cold. left it to dry then fire her up, all was well. she ran fine. 3 days later u have quite a lumpy misfire .
prior to the jet was all was fine, engine had been services plugs ect..
any ideas guys what I might have broken
