Default 400 bhp turbo advice

hi all , ive just bought a 2005 wide track type uk and im unsure what turbo is good to run 400 bhp , ive been looking on the new and ive got it down to a few
aps sr40
md321h
afp321h ( which im guessing is same as the md turbo )
sc420
td05 ??
forced performance fp red turbo ( which is for sale on here s/h )
im after advice of anyone that is running any of the above turbos or even another make of turbo , did they make the figure's they where ment to etc
i'm not bothered about a little more lag than the standard turbo , as the car will be used on the track so I wont notice it tbh

Turbo Technics T36 should be considered too.
Just £900+ vat inc the fitting kit and works really well at the 380-450bhp target area.
It's a direct bolt on same as all of the above.

It's available exclusively through us so feel free to call or email for more info.

Hi Martyn what sort of power would you get with your turbo on a UK STI just bolted on say with a decat and walbo fuel pump?

Cheers

No I'm afraid there isn't, we have 2 options on the exhaust housing but they're both single scroll.

We've only done one virtually standard 2 litre UK STI.
From memory it did 380bhp and 360lbft. We fitted it with larger injectors to give us a bit of headroom an induction kit and mapped it on a speed density patched OE ecu.

Thanks Martyn, something to look into in the near future, as that is where I'd like my car, keeping it relitively stock looking too.
