Question

I need to replace the rear wheel bearing on my STI 5 Type R and am unsure whether all MY98 wheel bearings will be the same????? Or do I need one specific to the STI?????

Cheers

Unhappy

I don't want to hi-jack your topic, but last week I hear a repetitive crunching noise from the rear of my car only on slippery roads when turn to the left and usually when I press the throttle in order to spin the rear wheels and lock the diff!
Is the release bearing or should I am looking for a worn rear differential, and if it is the rear diff why it sounds only when cornering to the left?
Thanks in advance for your opinions.
JIM
