Mine Blob WRX been set at 1.3bar during mapping, with STI uppipe/ PPP sports cat/3 port solenoid valve in place. 1.3 is a safe level. I wouldn't go much more on a TD04, but some do.

you have the STI intercooler - do you have the undertray to match it up to the scoop properly? otherwise your WRX sized undertray will be blocking around 2 inches of the intercooler from getting any air and this will limit the maximum boost you can run.
I normally try for 1.4bar from 3000 to 5000rpm and tail off after that - each car will be a little different depending on the quality of your local fuel so don't feel bad if you end up with 1.3bar peak - trust whoever is mapping your car to make a decent job of it and try to be realistic in your expectations.
Are you planning to map it yourself or take it somewhere? Or do you have an MBC and your just going to wind up that way?
If your considering an MBC style, it's not the same as a remap. When the ECU is mapped the fuel/timing tables are also upgraded to match the new boost levels. When you just **** the boost up with a bleed valve you end up with far less efficient settings from the ECU as it assumes something is terribly wrong.
