Default Bonnet catch

Just noticed whilst driving that my bonnet was open. On having a look it won't let me slam it or fully close it. I know for most it may be something simple but has anyone got any ideas how I can close it.

And give it abit of a spray with WD40 aswell or rotecindustries do some good stuff
