Default Hawkeye STi oil leak... help please

Hi I have a 2006 Hawkeye STi with a forged engine using cosworth parts. Noticed an oil residue on the chassis behind the sump. Its only a slight weep but its causing me to top the oil up regularly.

Have included a pic, could anyone shine any light on where it could be coming from and how I could remedy it? (the dark patch on turbo downpipe is water not oil)

Any help much appreciated, am panicking slightly

It can really only be oil filter and its blowing back, sump bolt and its blowing back. Or rocker gasket and its dripping down. It should be easy enough to find.

thanks for reply. I changed the oil myself last week with a new magnetic sump plug and washer, and obviously a new oil filter. They are both dry as a bone and aren't leaking. It looks like its dripping down from somewhere behind the sump on the suspension arm. I cleaned it all up the other week and it now oily again.

Is a rocker gasket a big expensive job? So paranoid something is proper f***ed

On that side its either cam cover, oil drain pipe from the turbo, split breather pipe on top of the cam cover, or cracked steel turbo oil feed pipe.

Hi guys
As above , directly above sits the turbo so I would start there , unless you can rule out filling your gearbox & spilling or brake fluid from the slave above , you sure it's oil ? & not fluid , I guess so as you state it's using ,it needs sorted tho

My mechanic seems to think it's a breather pipe that hasen't been fastened down securely woth the jubilee clips. I shall reseat the breather pipe properly tomorrow and give the area a good wipe down to see if that solves the problem. Fingers crossed it does
