Hi,

Got an 08 Hatch Sti a couple of months ago and was wondering if anyone knows if it should have heated mirrors at standard or if they were an option? My bugeye WRX had them so I assumed the hatch would?! confused:

I have the WRXS hatch and mine just has folding mirrors but not heated

the WRX has heated mirrors and folds if told as in when you flick a switch

you use the heated rear windscreen to warm them

Hatch STI doesn't have heated mirrors, However you can make them heated if you so wish to strip your mirrors down etc and put wires in & change the glass

Doesn't the 330S ( and Euro STi's ? ) have heated mirrors linked to the front windscreen heated defrost?

Cheers guys, yes mine fold but I was hoping for heated. At least I now know they're not broken

Query. . It looks like I have a heated front screen, well there are elements around the windscreen wipers, but how do I turn it on? Is it linked to the window blowers?

There should be a front screen heater button like the rear screen demist ... under the radio?

I have no button for front screen but definitely has the heating elements on it

They all work from the rear window heated switch, or did on my JDM Hatch.

There is no front screen button & never will be. As Paul said its all done via the rear demister switch

Yeah, checked before, deffo no front screen / mirror button, just rear demist in middle, which does the windscreen wiper park area and the mirrors.
