Reversing my inlet on my 99
I building up a spare manifold at the moment, and I'm nearly at the point of saying sod it and reversing it.
I understand the stud pattern allow for this, but I'm trying to figure out what's needed for the job before hand. I've done a new age coilpack conversion so no worries about the top mounted coilpack thingy.
Will my silicone inlet hose fit ok underneath the other side, I'm planning on fitting 10mm spacers at the same time so hopefully this will help.
There will be billet fuel rails with parallel braided lines so will be able to lose the standard metal fuel pipes. Does the throttle cable need to be modified or die that just spin around?
Does any cabling/wiring need to be adapted or lengthened?
What's the best solution for header tank?
Any other tips please.

Throttle cable may reach.
Looking at the pic above the wiring for the ICV/TPS will need extending.
You will need some parts to relocate the alternator. Alyn @ AS Performance does a Gucci kit. MattyBR5 does a well priced set of braces, you need a small idler pulley though. You'll also need a different aux belt.

What are the braces for mate?
Yeah, I figured as much with the belt, I guess that's a pretty common purchase from tuning firms.
Sorry to sound thick, but "Gucci" kit.

The braces, counldn't think of a better word at the time, brackets is the word I was looking for are just to support the alternator.
Belt is going to be different, unless you went to RCM for example and they whatever set up they supply. It all comes down to how you secure the alternator, route of aux belt, crank/PS/alt pulleys.
EG if you were to use under-driven light weight pulleys, you'd need a shorter belt than if you used standard sized pulleys.
