as above lads some telling me there are 2 others say just 1 in the down pipe when i brought the car couple weeks back it has a 3inc turbo back exhaust fitted but need the cat on for nct aka mot for the emissions test any advice ?

im 99% sure only one in downpipe , need to find a friendly mot station mate

Late uk Turbo 2000 has 2 cats as standard, one in the down pipe, one in the centre section. With the centre one removed, the car will pass the MOT emissions, but I know the NCT is a different ball game.

so would it be two 02 sensors one on each cat dude cheers

There is no 02 sensor on the centre cat.
