Default Fuel Pump not priming

My fuel pump isnt priming and the relays dont click either when turning the key?, replaced all the fuses and still nothing, ran a seperate 12v to the pump to make sure it wasnt that and it primed so its not the pump, ive put new fuel pump relay in and still nothing, also the check engine light doesnt come on when turning the key? is that related?

the interiors stripped and carpets out, the wires going the pump are all good, connectors good, sounds like what ossett2k2 said with the immobiliser, its been taken out but there must be something left in there playing funny ****er
