P0031 fault code

Hi,

Cel light is on with P0031 heater control circuit low (bank 1 sensor 1)

Is this the lamda sensor in the headers? Also all the time this fault code is on will it limit boost to actuator pressure ?

I have the same fault on my 2003 blob eye, it's the front lambda sensor in headers

Would this part fix it

you can get the denso part which is slightly more but its the oem without oem price, make sure it has same wire 4off. I've heard that certain brands don't work well but I've always ordered the denso unit
