Default 4POT WEIGHT

hi people doing a front 4 pot conversion on my car friday just wanted to no is there much weight difference between the old set up and the new one

Subaru 4pots or brembos? Brembos are lighter and much bigger. The subaru 4pots also have a habit of getting sticky pistons.

subaru 4 pots mate ive fully refurbed them with new seals etc etc just wanted to no if they much heaver then old set up as my box with the disks and calipers fill heavy

The Subaru gold Brembo calipers are heavier by quite abit.SJ.

they are just standard grey 4 pots with subaru on them that ive refurbed so am i going to notice a lack of power because of the weight

There heavier but work better as the disc which are used are bigger so dissipate heat more efficient,the calipers themselves still retain alot of heat though but are a better upgrade out of the two compared with the Subaru four pots.SJ.

Compared with the two pot sliders not really and plus the improved braking from the four pots you will have now is really a good improvement over the two pots.SJ.

Answered above,don't worry yourself buddy over such trivial things as weight which will not have no relevance with what your trying to achieve which is better stopping power.SJ.
