Hi, I have a 2010 Subaru impreza saloon sti. I went out to watch the football last night and when I got out my car the key fob would not lock it. So I locked it manually got back to my car later unlocked it manually and the car would not start, by the light on the dash it looks like it can't find the key. I have also tried spare key which worked last week!
Can anyone help?

I had the same happen to my 330s hatch, change you batteries in your fobs, i think they are cr1630, when you put new batteries in if you press any buttons you should notice a red LED light up!

 

Tried that thanks, but it won't sort the problem. I can get it started be using the key to get in, then recoding the key by holding it next to the start button. but I have to do this every time I go to the car.
