FMIC bov to Standard dump valve?

FMIC bov to Standard dump valve?
Does anyone know if and where you can get one of these? I'm switch to FMIC on my widetrack STI but want to keep my standard dump valve if possible, does someone make such an adapter? Or if not a bung for both large hoses?
