A thief tried to steal my car and now when i start the gar the rev dial needle jumps up likenthe temp gauge needle then settles around 1400rpm

funny enough my black jax and auto door look activates on my alarm at 1500rpm.

have they done something to make stealing my car easier????

how do i revert this
