Default Exhaust headers/manifold

Planning on getting myself 1 in the near future and also a new up pipe but unsure of which 1's

Had a look at RCMs but cant get my hands on a second hand set would buy new if I absolutely had to, Iv red that the gt spec headers are ment to be exactly the same but not got the rcm stamp on them? Is this true?

Harvey up pipe? Why is it better than the Venturi?

I'm new to this so any help would be appreciated thanks

Do you need them?

If you just want them because they are a nice shiney "upgrade" I wouldn't bother. Most stainless ones crack pretty quickly and the standard ones last forever. You only really get a gain with a remap and then it's not massive. If you can afford it then you can get some good ones but we are talking Killer Bee ones.

If you have a genuine reason for needing them fair enough but people seem to generally want stainless ones because they think they are better.

Iam not a magpie! Lol
I plan 400-420 max do not want to forge it, I was under the impression that after 350 they did not flow well enough to produce any more power
Ideal if I don't need them, do I need to have my headers ported? Cant I just get a Harvey up pipe and that's the exhaust side done to take me to my aim of 400-420??
Why is the Harvey pipe better than rcm? I'm have been told it helps spool time improve but my question is what's different about it?
Should I go twin scroll with up pipe or keep single? Also what turbo would be best suited and spool the quickest?
