Speak to Alyn on here, or

http://www.camskill.co.uk/brands/mil...lubricants.php

http://www.camskill.co.uk/brands/mot...rake_fluid.php

The gauge all depends on your mods, use, and age/mileage of the car.

A standard motor would usually be on say a semi 10w40, or a fully 5w40.

Loads of choice

Posted in the wrong section. You'll get better response in the General Technical section although the above post pretty well sums it up.

Hi

I would use a good 5w-40 synthetic.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS/CFS NT, Motul 300V, Red Line and Gulf Competition.

Cheers

Tim

It's a good oil, but too thick.

There are a few people on here that disagree with that though, so it's a case of making your own mid up.

You have asked the same question I was thinking of asking. Just getting a 2.1 stroker with Jdm big port heads built up. It will be running a sc5" billet turbo. Got millers nano 10w60 for after run in but what oil should i use to run it in and how often to change ?

Hi

I would use this to run it in.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-60229-mi...ng-in-oil.aspx

When it's ready, I'd use a 10w-50.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-659-10w-50.aspx

The Nanodrive CFS is, on paper, the best oil available, but the Pro S and CFS are both really good oils, so all are good choices for your car.

Cheers
