OK, sounds a stupid question, obviously it's the engine

But what specifically contributes to making a car loud?

Exhausts, Waste gates, Dump Valves, Induction Kits, Screamer Pipes?

Anything else?

What's the best way to have a loud or quiet car?

bit of 3" pipe straight off the turbo and up through the bonnet with a screamer pipe alongside, then blank off the dump valve. That should make a racket

Team ice ,or blitz nur spec r full decat that should do the trick.

My wife has a team ICE straight through 3" system on her scoob. It is ****ing loud !!

I have a Nur Spec R straight through decat system. Sounds lovely but not as noisy as my wife's

If you want loud then the exhaust is the place to start!

I have a 3" straight through APS system. Its a bit too loud for me (sounds good though, just not all the time!) so will be exchanged for the original Prodrive system.
I have the Prodrive back box just the down pipe and centre section to source!
