Hi Si,
I've already sold the front drivers door, If anyone asks about the passenger one, I'll see if they want the panel.
Seat bolts I have in a bag as the front seats have gone, feel free to come get them if you like. Make me an offer, I guess.
I'm trying to get rid of as much as possible in as few quick transactions as I can, really!

Default Pics of Wheels

Hi Martin,
Here's the photos of the wheels, as requested.
the last shots show the bubbling on the finish on one of them, but the others aren't too bad. I have tried to give you closeups of the worst bits so you can make a fair judgement on them.
I've tried to show the tyres as best I can. The tyres have chalk markings to identify the positions they were removed from.
I'm asking almost half the price of the tyres and pretty much throwing the wheels in!
Hope this helps
*Edit* I'm not sure about the Brembos, would've thought so as they were a standard Prodive Wheel at the time, and recommended for PPP*

according to this: http://natemichals.com/beginners-guide-to-the-wrx/
"Brakes: STI has larger Brembo brake discs and calipers. STI brakes do not fit with some 17” wheels and do not fit on 16” wheels."

Stud pattern appears to be different though if its an STI
"Wheel bolt pattern: WRX: 5x100mm, 2005+ STI: 5×114.3mm

***STI wheels do not fit on a WRX (only 2004 STI wheels will fit WRX).**"
If it's just another WRX shouldn't be an issue as the 18" wheels should clear the Brembos

HTH

Those wheels are Prodrive FlowForming 7's i.e. PFF7's

they will clear brembos, they are 18" and have an offset that will clear brembos.

as they are fitted to your car (5x100) they will fit the following.

Classic, with right tyres
Bug/Blob Sport, WRX and STi excluding the wide track Blob STi which changed to 5x114
Hawk WRX
Hatch WRX i believe

All STi's onwards of the Blob Wide Track changed to 5x114 stud pattern.

HTH

Eddie.

Thanks for the info on the wheels, Eddie.
Unfortunately we had some late night visitors prowling round the shell(which was on the drive), it forced me to arrange the pickup early this morning as I needed the cert of destruction to get my plate off the car.

I didn't get a chance to pull the looms, sorry.

Hi will the exhaust and ecu effectively make a standard car the same power output as a factory ppp model?

Hi Iain,
I'm sure there are plenty of people that know better than me on this board, but I believe the PPP is basically the exhaust, remap on the ECU, and hi performance hoses in the Engine bay.
However, I would be wary of trying a straight swap on the ECU as I think it would have to be tuned to your car, along with advanced timing etc.
I don't know if there is anything physically different on the ECU, but that was why I mentioned it.

Not trying to talk myself out of a sale, but I wouldn't want you to damage anything!
The sale is me trying to mitigate the loss of my Scooby not kill someone elses!
Maybe raise it as a thread in itself?

Cheers

I don't believe there was a leak in the Aircon system when it was running, I'll see if I can google a way to check it though. being in front of the radiator, it could just be ingress through the grill.
I'll see what I can find out.
