If it's something you or a group would like to organise between you then of course. Sounds like a good idea.
I unfortunately don't have time to organise it right now, but if it's something you would like to do, feel free.
I can highly recommend talking to Charlie @ Surrey Rolling Road. Top guy, knows exactly what he's doing and well priced.

The previous dyno days have been done at Eurospec in Guilford and they have always been helpful and a good day. Talk to Allen (bean1986 I think) he knows the guys there.

Perhaps it can be done in the new year? The last one was in feb wasnt it? Out of the way of the christmas wallet crippleing plus a couple more months of notice? Christmas may not be amgood time for some? Also JohnD has mentioned a place in erith with 4wd rollers before now. They mainly deal with evos, but im sure many a scoob has been through there. May be an ideal 'closer' location too?

Give AFR plot and use det cans. Don't know if the other place do that?
Can be arranged for a Sunday.

Will be up for this but maybe as spectator, the car has 18 power runs on rollers this year and needs a rest!
SRR Gives AFR and if Duncan is there he has det cans.
Least Erith is closer and could say more local for the ESOC.

I think it needs to be aimed at next year for Feb time as it has been for the last 2 years. Due to Xmas around the corner, people will have other things to consider money wise.
The benefit of Eurospec is they don't ask for any deposits to guarantee the number of cars going. Last time was a great day with around 17 cars coming.
Also I'm really sorry if this sounds very Scrooge-esc but the charity aspect of the day may not help, we already do the tunnel run as its for HFH this year but I believe any other financial commitments will only reduce numbers further.

Taken from their site blurb :-
Power Runs
Your car will be put onto the rollers, set up and securely strapped down using dyno dynamics patent hi-traction system. Once we are happy the car is safe to run we will perform two to three full power runs – ensuring there are no freak results.
Our full datalogging capability can be deployed on any run, but normally the key pieces of information our customers want graphed are:-
Power (BHP) and torque at the wheels
Power and torque at the flywheel
Air fuel ratio and Manifold pressure (boost)
Whilst we are running your car on the rollers we use the latest technology to monitor its performance. This means that if your car does not run properly, or runs in an unsafe way- too lean for example- we can stop the test and advise you of any problems before any damage is caused.

Maybe we can organise something closer the time.
February is a wee bit far off and no doubt members will forget, things pop up and life gets in the way.
But certainly February is the best date in my opinion.

I'm up for this in feb and been to hayes a couple of times and yes he does a lot of evos but he does scoobys as well and he knows his stuff and if I'm right you get three runs and a print out and they put hot drinks on and some food as well and I think it £40
