The Saturday Night Southend Run
Saturday 7th September 2013
Meeting @ Tesco's Basildon ( Mayflower retail park ) A127 London bound from 7pm SS14 3HZ
WE LEAVE @ 8PM !!!!
DO'S & DON'TS FOR ALL MEMBERS
1. No Doughnuts , Flame Testing, Handbrake Turns or Excessive Exhaust Noise whilst in Tescos car park . This is our home please don't abuse it
2. Once in convoy. Keep checking your mirrors for other vehicles that get stuck in the convoy ! Please indicate & move over to left lane and let them filter through.
3. Be ready for the "Underpass" slow down & launch
Warning ! Make sure your at 50 Mph before getting to the 1st yellow average speed camera post after the weir underpass. It's a sneaky fixed speed camera trap !! It's not a AVERAGE SPEED camera !!
4. When regrouping at the seafront. Drive all the way around the bend and park up before the speed camera .
5. Drive ALL the way along the seafront past the Kursaal & double back at the Thorpe Esplanade roundabout , If you wish to park up straight away without driving the full loop , Please stay at the back after the re group ( Westcliff end ) & let the main group carry on to complete the full circuit
6. Fixed Cameras / Traffic Units / Mobile Cameras / Keep your eyes peeled

hi guys im new to the subaru scene and from dartford ive just bought my first subaru and would like to join up if thats ok do i have to put my name down or just turn up on the night thanks

If any fancies swapping my Afterburner rear lights for a standard pair, let me know and bring yer tools.
Will have the exhaust upgrade complete for Saturday night as well, so BLU should no longer be sounding as subtle as it does at the mo.

Trust me to get picked up by the Fuzz with my Tunnel Run special exhaust. Hope you all made it to the Kentucky....

Great turn out last night, good to meet a few new people:
Tim (BLU?), John (Y-reg blob) and Dean (Terzo) to name but a few.
Will look forward to the next one. Has definitely made me realise my exhaust isn't big or loud enough...
