driving on the clockwise section this morning before the 127jct. noticed on the anti-clockwise section. the cameras on the gantry were flashing as drivers went past....

so are they working or not is the question id like to put forward please..

as from the last threads on here regarding them it appears they were not..

Not sure Si, but I've clenched going passed cameras before and it's just been the sun glinting off the lense or the car in front

Hope not. I've wondered the same thing. It seems only lane 3 does it. I think it is faulty, but it is important that you observe the variable speed limits. I read somewhere that the cameras have not been signed off to be used, but you and I both know its easier for them to send you a ticket, and very painful process to get them to **** off.

Saw this yesterday also, most simple way is to keep to the speed limit and if you do get flashed no ticket!
You also have the issue if that the variable speed limit is in place IE displayed on the signs or not it your word against theirs to prove it was or not?
