Hi guys,

I've been emailing the organisers of RallyDay to try and secure us a club show stand this year. If any of you have been before you'll know its one of the best shows in the country.
You'll get the chance to see some of the most amazing and spectacular rally cars of all time both up close and on track.

If I get the chance to do this, I may get asked how many vehicles we plan on showing and may have to order tickets.

I would like to get this all booked up ASAP, as show stands are on a first come first serve basis.

Please can I have a list for booking and the tickets your require. In the interest of getting this delt with early.

I am closing the booking date 1 month from today 4th March 2013.
I will then require full payment from everyone to secure your place on our stand.

It is John, however that was my choice to confirm numbers in order to book a stand.
The closing date is later than that but I'm looking for confirmed people so I don't book and stand and them nobody shows up. Lol

Guys I need to start collecting funds for this.

I need ALL funds before the 1st April so I can get our advanced booking price and book our stand. Prices will increase after this date.

People can either pay me in cash at the next pub meet, geometry day or via Paypal "GIFT" only please.

Not at all Steve. Everyone is welcome up until the payments are in. I need to do this to secure people places on our club stand as I have to notify RallyDay of the number of cars we wish to display.
Further members are welcome but I cannot guarantee a place on the stand.
No cars will be allowed into the paddock area without a stand pass.
