Default my hobby

very much into collecting and modifying 1/18 scale diecast model cars
so much so i now produce my own parts etc
here is a few albums of stuff i have done over the years and some of my customers models they have done using my parts .
for any of you that are not sure 1/18 scale is approx 10-12 " long so quite a big model which allows for a lot more detail

not sure if its ok to post links to my work , if its not please delete
just easier doing it this way as it would take days to upload individually otherwise

Lol,

You don't know me well enough yet.
I'm a total ford nut, previous cars were all fords inc a 4x4 Saff, I also happen to work for their R&D centre in Dunton.
I love my fords more than any other brand,

So do your worst

Colin Leader?

Recently joined us in the prototype engine build lab.

My daily whip is a Clio 182, as unfortunately Ford don't currently make anything that pulls my attention.
I would however swap my Impreza for a well sorted MK1-2 or Cosworth if the right one was out there.

frayz , been to all of there shows at dunton over the last 2 years as part of the essex classic club
my mate dave owns a mint mk1 fiesta which got a lot of attention at the 100 anniversary show we went to
was a terracotta color , he sold his bugeye scooby to buy it and has recently added a very clean mk4 escort to the collection
if you were at any of these shows we have probably chatted at some point
i have owned 4 mk1 escorts and 5 mk2 escorts over the years , my first was at 15 and it was a mk1 avo....lol never got to drive it as the old man used to hide the keys when he went to work, the last one was a 4 door mk1 1300e which i parked up shortly before my son was born 16 years ago and it went missing of my mates drive :-( it appeared on ebay a couple of years ago and sold for a very nice profit , i still have the log book and keys for it , all ways keep an eye out for it at all the battlesbridge ford shows i go to but have never seen it since.
i normally have a stall set up at battlesbridge with our parts and models on show , always gets a lot of attention

Dude,

Wonder if you can help me. I'm looking for a Ebbro model, number 43126

http://ebbro.net/item/43126/

[ 43126 ] Legend of JGTC - NISSAN - 2000 - 1/43
UNISIA XANAVI GT-R JGTC 2000

I can't find one for sale online anywhere. Reason being, I'm building a coffee table out of one of the Genuine 20"x13" GTR Hasemi 3 piece wheels. I want the car to complement if I can find one.

Here's my wheel for the project.
