Hi all

My company is entering the Screwball rally and raising money for Great Ormand Street Childrens Hospital.

The Event will take place on September 27th - August 1st.

We have to buy a car costing no more than £750 and drive through France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Lichtestein

First update!

We have now secured our car - a pretty tidy VW Passat VR6 estate.

Seeing as though this charity event is for Great Ormand Street Hospital, our theme is Thunderbirds!

Noisy Drinks are GOOOOOOO!!!

We're going to be vinyl wrapping the car in pink - FAB 1 Styleeee

Pics of the car and the prep work will be posted as it happens.

If you can spare some pennies, please donate using the above links - it's for a great cause and apparently I've been informed that I'm going to be Lady Penelope, please make it worth my while for me to drive across Europe in a dress!!
And no, contrary to popular belief, it's not my normal weekend attire!

Things will be hotting up this week, we will have the car back in our workshop on Monday - AT LAST!!!!!!!!

Jobs to do (At present)

Vinyl wrap the car in bubblegum pink

Vinyl wrap the roof in Gloss Black

Make a Rolls Royce Stylee front grille

Photograpgh a front wheel in high res to digitally print the 6 wheel layout

Also, we may make some "machine guns" that pops out of the front bumper grilles

The Passat has finally landed in our workshop!!!

It's almost mint, just needs a little service and TLC.

Loads of updates can be expected over the next couple of weeks - as long as the donations come in It's for a great cause!!

The Screwball Rally is the weekend before the Posers Cruise.

If there is enough sponsorships coming from the ESC, I will do the complete cruise in our Pimped up Pink FAB 1 while dressed in Charactor of Lady Penelope - can't say fairer than that!

Paint the gun barrels in the grille gun metal grey
Fit strobe lights in the guns to so they "fire"
Vinyl wrap the front bumper
Fit neon lights under the car - chavtastic ;-)
Make a jet engine for the back of the car
Refit the 6 wheel layout

FAB 1 is finally finished - ready for the pre rally start meet tomorrow. When I get in, I'll upload some more.

Also - tomorrow we will be having a full costume photoshoot before we leave.
