Hollands meat and potato pie, chips, mushy peas and gravy 
And duck is a north midlands sort of thing, mainly derby/staffordshire, not manchester
Then there is the good beer (lots of little breweries around there
), the women are easy, ooops thats meant to be nice to talk to
Its a good night out and you dont have to jump on any underground before 11:30pm and pay a fortune in taxi's
Coronation street is filmed there (im not sure if thats good or bad
)
Its home to THE best subaru garage in the UK (Prosport)
And loads more stuff but my battery will probably be dead before I finish it all
