Just had the cam belt changed on my newage, I went with Cosworth as only a few quid more than standard & apart from also getting the Cosworth billet timing belt guide (crank sprocket) that was all that was changed, all the other belts were good condition and no problem with pumps etc. With oil change that came in at £500 from west london dealers. I did ask them do they normally change all the other bits as i've seen people now saying you should change all the bits you listed and they told me only if it's worn out & they'll call before changing it as well
+ forgot that also included fitting heavy duty front/rear end links.

It's the labour that's the costly part, place i took mine to was £35 an hour.
You can get a cambelt from grahamgooderacing on ebay for around £30, water pump from camskill for around £40 and the full set of tensioner, rollers and idlers from import car parts for i think around £140.

I had 5 year service that meant cam belt/timing belt?
I said to dealer that why change cam and not thenother belts ibcluding tensioners idle pulls.
Cost me 650 main dealer and I had to take it back as belt was squealing
Sorted no problem in the end
