Ok this is a stupid question but how do I become an official member of the ESC???

You must also have a dump valve, flame kit and copiuos amounts of stickers.

If you happen to have a few old hobbies that are in a shed somewhere that will also help.

...and you must never drive your scoob, buy a second scoob as a spare and then drive a Volvo. However you must still spend copious amounts of money modifying the cars you don't drive and spend nothing on the car that you use

You forgot to mention that it is mandatory to have at least 3 or 4 spare sets of alloys, all fully refurbished, but not being used.....
