shouldn't need to drill the headlights, most kits will come with replacment bulb holders. o you have the new wiring harnesses

With those you shouldn't need to drill holes in your headlights as the bulb detaches where the green rings are. They look a simialr set i fitted to e6graham's car

Fitted a set to mine 4 days ago cost me £15 posted as I needed just the bulbs and the switching wiring which came included.

Right remove the bulbs in the headlights and the rubber bung form the lamp.
Carefully fit the new bulbs into the lamp, connect the holder as normal.
The rubber boot on the lamp you need to feed over the hid wiring form the bulb, 3 cables, 2 for power, 1 for switching.
Then fix the ballasts somewhere and connect up each side.
Then its just a case of lead to the positive battery terminal and then two earths each side.
Job done.
