MOT time. Brake test?

Anyone know an MOT place in Braintree or Chelmsford that uses a tapley meter to do brake tests on scoobs?
Been reading horror stories about center diffs getting damaged on the rollers!
Mr Clutch is near to me?

I have taken the Stealth Wagon to Mr. Clutch in Chelmsford & they use the meter.
