if i give notice or not there going to charge me ...

I had exactly the same row with them in January, they told me they wanted £20 for the PAC code and when I told them they are theiving barstewards they then said it's because I had another month left on the contract which led to another bust up as when I checked my account online it said my contract renewal was due - They don't make things easy!!

However, I stayed with T-Mobile anyway as I've been with Vodafone, Orange and O2 and I personally think T-mobile is the better one out of the lot.

I found Vodafone to be the worse for coverage and customer services and will never use them again

theiving barstewards !! your not wrong my thing was that ive never been told this in writing or verbally to my knowledge... someting a bit wrong there i think !!!

yes you have to pay for it because the normal occurance is that once you use the pac code then your policy will cancel so therefore they charge you remaining line rental

the other thing i brought up was that i payed 2 months up front when i took out the contract therefore this should cover the charge any way as this was a month up front is should work its payed back at the end
