Question Can you tell me please how to wire a plug


Stupid I know - but Gooner is still sleeping after whatever he was doing last night LOL - and i have no plug on my iron - I have a brown, a blue and a yellow & green stripey wire - I think the green and yellow stripeis EARTH? the Brown LIVE and the blue NEUTRAL

Is that right - before i blow the house up

Hold the plug with the lid off and the pins facing away from you, now repeat after me....... bRown-Right bLue-Left. Stripey to the top!
