Simple, there's a clause in the V5 log book which give the DVLA permission to "sell" information

It was on BBC's Watchdog the other week

Hit and Run would be deemed a reason to furnish you with info from dvla but I would not be surprised if they would not want you to go to the police and report it first

im also looking for a rover 620 gold reg p657 hok which was raceing with the civic when it hit my mums car will also be in the romford / harold hill /coller row area and help would be great thanks peeps ....this car is also NOT insured .....little wa*kers....
