AGGGGHH what next!!
Got my splitter back from xKellyx today and i have got to say what a wonderfull job they have done in repairing it. as it did look like this..
unfortunatly Altho the right paint code its a slightly lighter shade!!
So Mr xkellyx is going to work his magic on it and hopfully will be a match afterwards.
NEXT.....
My HID 6000k bulbs turned up today and after fitting my new headlights (as 1 of mine was cracked) i put them in to find.........
the dont fecking work!!!
NEXT......
still leaking oil and after getting it looked seems the other side rocker is leaking too!!! WTF IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT??
on the plus side, my shot blasted alloys arrived all rough and ready to go! and i have 1 question about that. do i prima over the blasted wheels without rubbing them smooth or will the prima smooth it out?? shot blaster said to spray right onto them but im dubious. some 1 see me right please.
END!

if you use filler primer it will help give an even smooth surface!

had that trouble with my bumpers, went through 4 different shades before finding the right one as the paint bleach's over the years, try car colour romford or morelli enfield, but take petrol flap with you to match it up, good luck

yup shade will most likely where the paint on the car has aged.
hid is probably because the wiring is old and not capable of running the load needed. might need to run some new cable to get them going. other thing to do is check that there no damage to the balasts. what hid kit are you running?
