Morning!

yes morning.... last night was heavy! for those that know about my driving licence shannangans that happend in september last year you will know that due to a very old law and some stuck up know it all, knows all the mini rules in the law book traffic cop, i was set to loose my licence!

But after months of fighting, went to crown court yesterday and in short, the judge was like WTF and canceled any points, fines and court costs!! TOUCH!!

Im one lucky ****...at least now i get to keep my house, job and car!!!

Woop woop!!

It's always a risk going to Crown Court. Much more sensible Judges, proper justice but the penalties if it all goes wrong are much more severe.

Well done, you got a good result.

the one refering to braking capabilitys of vans. passed in the 1960s followed by a speed restriction passed in the early 80s regarding vans on duel carragways. very grey area as not many people know about it. (the judge himself incuded) there going to take it to the house of lords for a mass dibate!!

Is this where Commercial vehicles (apart from car-derived vans) are not supposed to exceed the speed limit -10mph on dual carriageways and single carriageways where the national speed limit applies ?
