i have danced with.....
the guys that won britains got talent thingy!!!!! pmsl.
didnt clock until i was listening to the radio on my way into work, but by all accounts these guys used to travell round with the essex fm road show.

We are missing a few bits to this story so I am sure Paul won't mind me filling in the gaps.
As dancing is such an athletic activity it is vital that prior to performing the artist must be fully limbered up.
So here we have Spally limbering up
Dance movement is a complex & often misunderstood art as it involves some intricate moves.
Not only, as seen already, do we move to the left.
But we also move to the right
If done too quickly this can lead to disorientation
Of course their is a price to pay for all this talent, fame & general charisma.
Clingy autograph hunters
And not so clingy autograph hunters
There have been cases where stars have found it so difficult to cope with this new found fame.
That they have had to hide behind a new identity

I feel a day out ought to be organised for next year when the ESC all head down to London to support Spally when he enters Britains Got Talent 2010.
