Not 100% essential, but will aid even further gains.
What you must do is get the car re-mapped once these are fitted, they dramatically alter the way the car breathes. A re-map will also ensure you get the most out of your mods.

I plan to get a remap very soon,just want to get all the other bits out the way first,so far ive added a green group n panel filter and 3.5" s/s jap spec exhaust system with decat

tom heat wrap em mate! get 1100degrees 25metres for £40 and its soft not dusty!
the gms company 01268 419909 speak to trevor! its only laindon mate!

Good luck.
Took me 2 days to wrap mine. Wear some mechanics gloves and when they're done spray them with some high temp paint. Found out after I had fitted mine that this helps to prolong the life of the wrap.

tom if u get 1100degrees wrap its as soft as cotton wool and u wont need the gloves

that's what i got. next time i wrap anything with it i'm wearing my overalls as well!

Did you want if for the weekend? Pretty sure i still have an unopened roll at home in the shed. Only thing i haven't got is the wire thay they give you with it to tie it onto the headers. Which i dare say you can get from b&q etc.
